Intro to Python for Data Science:NMAIST

The workshop aim to introduce to participants data science through the Python programming language. You will learn the basics of Python and how to use Python to perform scientific computing, analyze data, create beautiful visualizations, and use powerful machine learning algorithms.

We will cover the following:

1. Basics of Python
2. Python for Scientific Computing and Data Visualization.
3. Exploratory data analysis and Applied Machine Learning with Python

Prerequisites:None

Before coming to an event, it is essential you install the prerequiste software and test it out and make sure it is working on your computer.

Luckily all the software required has already been prepackaged in a bundle called Anaconda. You can download the various versions of the software for your laptop OS and architecture from the Anaconda website. For installation instruction follow this link
